What counts as a superpower

A superpower is a capability Kinesis gives you that an agent can call on.

Three senses, one idea

The word "superpower" is used three ways in Kinesis. They point at the same thing.

• The promise. Kinesis exists to give people superpowers.
• An object in the app. The pet's Super menu holds a list of superpowers you can run on what is on screen.
• A way of talking. Any capability you can call on, such as "build a new superpower that does this".

Two kinds

• A skill is written instructions. Offerify and Monificate are skills.
• A stack is a saved chain of model steps, run on Stack Lab.

Each skill is self-contained, so it carries everything it needs.

The test

Something is a superpower when there is one clear way to call it: one command, one menu item or one message. If you cannot say how to call it, it is a project or a part, not a superpower yet.
